Our Curriculum
Our curriculum focuses on celebrating magical moments allowing the children to go on a journey of curiosity, awe and wonder. Our play-based and child-led approach means children are able to think for themselves, make their own choices and direct their own learning with confidence. Every child matters and every little voice is listened to. Children have opportunity for uninterrupted play experiences and are encouraged to explore, experiment, and create, using natural open-ended resources. We believe that the more a toy does, the less opportunity a child has to think and communicate. Our setting favours recyclable curiosities, natural loose parts and nature which allows children to focus on the wonder found all around us. Tied together with caring, nurturing and passionate practitioners at the heart of our setting, children feel safe, secure and part of our nursery family. Our final aim is that children leave our care as confident, caring, independent, and resilient little people.
